My goal as a mental health clinician is to help the individual to help themselves and to offer guidance to positive life fulfillment. I do believe that no one purposely desires to be unhappy and allow problems/situations to adversely affect their self-esteem/worth. My therapeutic approach will address whatever solution is necessary to allow the client to address and deal with effectively whatever presenting issue that is causing a less than purpose filled existence. The counseling process is catered to the needs of the individual and the ultimate goal is to help clients to reach their full potential. I utilize a holistic counseling style that will encourage a freedom of expression for the client with the end goal of bringing about a solution, promoting both healing and personal growth. The client has the wheel on this journey and my job is to listen and render guidance as needed. Change can be a good event if properly transitioned. Each client is unique and therapy is consummate with the individual need and elicits self-growth.

My name is Desmond Mack, and I am a Mental Health Clinician with a passion for helping people navigate life's challenges. As a clinician, my primary goal is to work collaboratively with my clients, guiding them through the various processes and transitions that can be difficult to navigate alone.
My counseling style is holistic and client-centered, which means that I focus on the whole person and their unique experiences, while allowing for the freedom of expression and collaboration.
